INFORMATION SERVICES COMMITTEE

- Setting policy for staff to implement
- The promotion of Chamber, and Members and Town of Grimsby, and all Business & Industry, and special events within the Town
- Membership roster, with relevant data for promotion from Information Services desk.
- Brochure distribution, inventory control and distribution reporting
- Keeping of statistical data regarding the number of inquiries (counter, phone, fax, email) for Chamber business, local business, tourism, etc.
- Liaison with other Tourism Organizations
- Research sources of funding, partnerships and revenue source.
- Revenue generation through retail sales, art work, etc.
- Marketing Plan
- Draw prizes at counter, donated by Chamber members - committee directed, staff follow-up
